What To Do When Things Get Quiet: Go Within

inner peace

There are times in our lives when things slow down … significantly … enough to make you question why everything around you seems to have come to a crawl.

You might even feel like you have no control over it and like there is no really good reason for it … one that you can think of anyway.

But there is. I promise you.

When things are quiet, it forces us to contemplate more, to think more, to wonder more about things, perhaps even why they are the way they currently are. This is NEVER a bad thing. The more you contemplate, the more you get in touch with your inner guidance system and the more you get in touch with Spirit.

The quieter things are for you in your surroundings, the less you have to think and the better able you are to hear messages from Spirit, because instead of working your brain constantly to take action and solve problems, things are peaceful, so you can actually HEAR.

If it’s time for you to know something, learn something, or have some sort of new awareness, you will find that things get VERY quiet around you.

Believe it or not, this is a good thing – a REALLY good thing.

Quiet gives you the OPPORTUNITY to learn more about what you don’t know, and gain insights and new ideas. It gives you the chance to GROW – mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. The value of guidance that can come through to you when things are peaceful around you is TREMENDOUS and should not be underestimated.

Giving yourself the time, space, and state of mind to open yourself to spiritual guidance should be ENCOURAGED. It is the only true way to get to know yourself better, understand the deeper meaning behind circumstances, and to work on, and ultimately find the solution to, your issues.

Contemplating is the only true way to find the peace of mind you seek. So, the next time it gets quiet around you, instead of questioning why, take full advantage of the OPPORTUNITY to find the answers you seek.
