Manifesting Truth #2: Gratitude is essential to manifesting.
Feeling good is essential to manifesting, attracting, and RECEIVING what we want. And your mental state is just as important a part of this as your physical state when it comes to feeling good, if not more important.
The problem is that it can be difficult to get out of the mental rut you are in once you are in it, so it’s important to find a way to shift your thinking to a more positive attitude rather than a negative one. There’s one REALLY simple way to do this…
It’s called GRATITUDE.
I know that might seem like “canned” advice and I’m sure you’ve heard it before that the more grateful you are for what you have, the more you will receive, but I can assure you that it’s true.
The more grateful you are, the more you will have to be grateful for.
But still, gratitude is a CHOICE. Choosing gratitude is a way of life – a way for you to move in the opposite direction away from negativity. What most people don’t realize is that regularly practicing gratitude can truly change your life for the better, and very quickly.
Are you wondering why that might be? The reason why is because when you are in the negative-minded and you find yourself worrying, stressed out, anxious or complaining, you are preventing good from coming to you.
That’s right … being negative STOPS the flow of good things to you, and being positive quickly restores the flow of abundance to you.
So the question you need to ask is HOW do you shift your mindset to be more positive and more grateful for all the good things you have in your life so you can attract more of the same? The answer is pretty simple actually.
Step 1: STOP EVERYTHING. Be quiet. Stop what you are doing, thinking and saying, and take a good look around you. Look at every detail about the room you are in, the clothes you are wearing, and the people who are near you.
Step 2: ENJOY the moment! When you actually stop stressing out for a moment, what do you see about your life that is actually GOOD? What do you see now that you are actually taking a moment to stop and look? (HINT: You should be looking for positive things and NOT negative things!)
Enjoying the moment allows you to see the details. The beauty of your life is in the DETAILS all around you. When you come from a place of gratitude, you can see all the beauty that surrounds you, mainly because you are actually taking the time to look for it and you can only do that if you stop worrying, and complaining.
You can see amazing things happening around you when you reside in gratitude. Each little thing in your life becomes like a tunnel – the longer I look at it, the further I can see into it, the more there is to be amazed at, because I am LOOKING FOR IT, but this only happens when you stop and take notice of your life and look at the DETAILS.
Not only that – you would be surprised at the level of insight and awareness you gain into deeper issues that need to be worked on, as well as the resolutions you find to deal with those same issues – all because you have started ALLOWING yourself to have a positive outlook on your own life.
